Defective Shoes

Any defective shoe may be returned for full credit.

Unworn Shoes

Any unworn shoes may be returned for full credit on the following conditions:

• Must be returned with no wear, in the original box, within 14 days. Must be able to re-sell as new.
• Must present original receipt.

Online Orders

Online shoe orders can be returned by bringing your unworn shoes in their original packaging to Time Out Sports. Please include all paperwork included in your shipment.
